The Mentoring Matters program is designed to help Â鶹ÊÓƵ staff and faculty expand their personal and professional skills and knowledge while building competencies that contribute to Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s strategic and Inclusive Excellence goals.

The Mentoring Matters program creates opportunities to enrich professional experiences and the workplace culture.

Eligibility

To participate, you must be a full-time staff member who has successfully completed the probationary period or a full-time faculty member.

Commitment

Mentoring pairs are expected to meet for at least one hour per month, either virtually or in-person, with the flexibility to schedule multiple sessions.

The application period for the 2024-2025 Mentoring Cohort is closed. We will be accepting applications for the next cohort in fall 2025.
