Overview

In this 12-credit program, you will develop specialized research skills. You will apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to sociological inquiry, including research design, qualitative data analysis, and data analysis using regression models. Building on that foundation, you will complete six credits of elective sociology coursework selected to fit your intellectual interests and career goals. Credits from this program can be applied toward an MA in Sociology Research and Practice. Prerequisites include a basic statistics course.
