Library Instruction
Library instruction sessions tailored to specific research topics or assignments may be requested by sending an e-mail to the Music Librarian or using the online request form.
Reserve Books and CDs
Materials relevant to coursework - library-owned or personal copies - may be placed on reserve for a semester. Contact the Music Librarian or the Music Library Coordinator with the list of materials for reserve, the course number and title, and desired duration of the reserve period. Reserve materials circulate for three hours. More information on Library reserves can be found on the Library's Course Reserves page.
Digital Reserves
Instructors can request reserve materials by using the Library Course Reserves management system (Ares) in Blackboard. Streaming digital audio reserves are available for Â鶹ÊÓƵ classes with required listening assignments. Please consult the ¶Ù¾±²µ¾±³Ù²¹±ôÌý¸é±ð²õ±ð°ù±¹±ð²õ page for details.
Borrowing a Camcorder
We have two camcorders available for general checkout. Faculty may reserve them in advance (please provide three days notice). Camcorders circulate for a period of three days. Library staff can provide basic support and help with burning videos to DVD or displaying them on the Library's TV. Contact the Music Library Coordinator to reserve a camera.
