Benjamin Mark Moss is a trial and appellate litigator. Among other practice areas, he specializes in citizenship disputes in the U.S. district courts and judicial review of immigration decisions before all eleven numbered geographical U.S. Courts of Appeals. Mr. Moss also serves on the trial advocacy faculty of the National Advocacy Center at the University of South Carolina and the moot court faculty at the George Washington University Law School. He entered the U.S. Department of Justice through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, where he is a senior litigation counsel in the Civil Division, Office of Immigration Litigation. Mr. Moss previously clerked for the Hon. Timothy D. Wing, an administrative law judge within the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Mr. Moss is a proud WCL alumnus (JD 2010).
