Bio

Roger Schwarz, Adjunct Professor Roger Schwarz has been teaching leaders and consulting to organizations since 1980. His area of expertise is leadership and teams. His writing, speaking, and consulting focuses on helping leadership teams shift their mindset to address previously undiscussable issues and create stronger results. An organizational psychologist and President and CEO of Roger Schwarz & Associates, he advises federal government agencies, global corporations, and international non-profit organizations. Roger is the author of Smart Leaders, Smarter Teams: How You and Your Team Get Unstuck to Get Results; The Skilled Facilitator, and co-author of The Skilled Facilitator Fieldbook. His writing also appears online at Harvard Business Review. Formerly, he was associate tenured professor in what is now the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
