Bio
Dick Axelrod is among the world’s top OD practitioners, specializing in whole-system change. The β€œConference Model” that he and his partner Emily developed is used worldwide to engage organizations in system-wide change. A consultant, author, keynoter, and professor (Columbia, University of Chicago, ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ MSOD), Mr. Axelrod’s writing on organization change has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Leader to Leader, and the Conference Board Review. He has recently published Terms of Engagement: New Ways of Leading and Changing Organizations. His consulting clients range from 3M to Boeing, British Airways, Harley-Davidson, Hewlett-Packard and the UK’s National Health Service. Mr. Axelrod is the recipient of the Organization Development Network’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and an award-winner for teaching excellence. He is co-teaching the Group Theory & Change Facilitation course with Dr. Ruth Scogna Wagner.
