Kim Block Adjunct Instructor SOE Faculty
- Bio
- Kim Block is a seasoned educator and school counselor. Block earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Â鶹ÊÓƵ and M.A. in Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University. She worked as a teacher and counselor in Montgomery County Public schools in both elementary and middle schools. Block joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ in the School of Education in 2013, teaching and mentoring students as an adjunct faculty member and practicum and student teaching supervisor. She enjoys sharing her expertise and knowledge with students in the classroom. Outside of American, Block is an academic coach, college admission consultant and community volunteer.
