- Bio
- I study how we talk about climate change, examining how environmental injustices shape today's climate debate. I am particularly interested in the ways different groups, like city planners, journalists, filmmakers, and community groups communicate their visions of living with nature throughout history, and I am an associate director of the Center for Environmental Filmmaking. I'm currently writing a book, "Greenlining", which digs into the battle for environmental and climate justice in Miami since the New Deal.
