Bio
Dr. Laura Lubin is the Associate Director of Faculty Support, serving as the administrator for faculty development and support in the areas of adjunct teaching and learning for Kogod School of Business - Academic Affairs. Her past roles, as an instructional designer, educational technologist, and adjunct faculty member have taken place at Broward College, Florida International University, Florida Atlantic University, and Learning Systems International (METCOR/LSI).

When Laura is not engaging colleagues in conversations around best practices in faculty development or online teaching and learning, or engaging administrative tasks that support the experiences of Kogod adjunct faculty, she is working on her research agenda; this agenda can be found at the convergence of a focus on Afro-futurism, wicked problems at work, the sociology of work, instructional systems design, intersectionality, and institutional coordination.
