Geralynn Franceschini is a results-driven leader experienced in leading transformations for clients at multinationals, non-profits, and government agencies in the U.S.A. and internationally. She currently serves as Executive Director supporting the President and Counselor to the President of Â鶹ÊÓƵ focusing on strategy development and implementation, management consulting, and program management for a wide range of strategic projects.

She has extensive global corporate and management consulting experience identifying opportunities and solving complex challenges for clients in the U.S.A. and internationally. At Marriott International’s Center of Excellence, she led a portfolio of global transformation programs.

Geralynn worked over ten years at PwC and Booz, Allen & Hamilton in management consulting, focusing on strategic planning, organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, market analysis, product and business case development, process redesign, impact analysis, operations, and portfolio management. She has experience in the hotel, telecommunications, higher education, retail, international development, non-profit, government, information technology, and financial services industries.

She also served as Vice President of Program Management at Evolvent Inc. Geralynn worked at other corporations, namely MITRE, Vangent Inc., Unisys Inc., and Intelsat where she focused on strategic planning/execution, organizational transformation, business process improvements, and program management.

Geralynn holds an MBA from Â鶹ÊÓƵ, a Post-Masters Certificate in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Spanish, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish. She is PMP certified, fluent in Spanish, and has worked in Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Russia. Geralynn serves on the Vation Ventures Higher Education Innovation Advisory Council.
