Michelle Swiger Â鶹ÊÓƵx Instructor & Advisor SOE Faculty

Bio
Michelle Swiger (she/her/hers) is an Â鶹ÊÓƵx Instructor and Advisor. Previously, she worked in the Center for Community Engagement and Service. In this role she managed large-scale community engagement projects and service-learning programs. Additionally, she supported a team of student leaders, and facilitated trainings and workshops on key topics in social justice for students to develop skills to be equity-minded professionals. She is committed to supporting students as they explore their interests, make connections across Â鶹ÊÓƵ and DC, and develop a plan to meet their needs. She is focused on making sure all students have opportunities for life-long learning and success. Michelle graduated with both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Â鶹ÊÓƵ. She loves exploring DC, especially trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she has the chance.
