Dear Â鶹ÊÓƵ community,

We are pleased to share that the position description for Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s presidential search is now available. While the university is deeply focused on supporting our community during the ongoing traumatic events and crises throughout the world and their impacts close to home, we are also continuing the important work that will help identify Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s 16th president.

Collaborating with our partners at Russell Reynolds, we collected valuable input from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community through listening sessions, extensive individual conversations, and the online survey. This input helped form the position description (also known as a presidential search prospectus) that will now help guide the next phase of our work—identifying and achieving a strong and diverse pool of prospective candidates. Thank you to all community members who shared their insights and ideas.

As our search moves forward, we invite Â鶹ÊÓƵ community members to serve as ambassadors by circulating the position description with your individual networks.
