- Professor Jeong's research focuses on the interactions between firms and states in global markets, with a particular emphasis on firms' strategic decisions in nonmarket environments. Her work, published in leading academic journals, investigates the causes of corporate corruption, analyzing what drives companies to engage in bribery and other unsavory strategic decisions in international business, highlighting the broader implications of such actions for social and corporate welfare. Professor Jeong's research interests include international business, global strategy, nonmarket strategy, institutions, political economy, corruption, business-government relations, and emerging economies. Prior to joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Professor Jeong taught at HEC Montreal and George Washington University.
