As an Â鶹ÊÓƵ student, you must provide written or electronic authorization if you wish others to be able to have access to your records, per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) There are different processes depending on the type of record

Student Account and Billing: Student authorization is required for Parent (Proxy) Access for others to view and/or make payments to your student account
Academic Records: You must complete a Student Authorization to Release Education Records on your portal if you want information on your academic record accessible for discussion or release to a third party.  Academic records are currently not available to view online by third parties
Medical Records: Your medical records are treated as confidential information under applicable federal and state laws as well as university policies. Students 18 years of age and older need to complete a release of medical records form in order to let SHC staff speak with parents and/or guardians about their medical treatment at the SHC.
