Â鶹ÊÓƵ is committed to helping veteran students transitioning from military life to the college campus by providing academic, financial, and emotional support and resources.

As part of this commitment, Â鶹ÊÓƵ now has a full-time Veteran Services Administrator serving over 200 student veterans, active duty service members, and dependents.  Located in Â鶹ÊÓƵ Central, the Veterans Services Administrator oversees the VA benefits certification process and helps student veterans access the many resources available on campus to address their unique needs.
The Veterans Liaison Network, an initiative of the Office of Campus Life, brings together representatives from relevant university departments  with the goal of helping student veterans transition from combat to campus . These representatives serve as principal contacts for veterans and their dependents and work in collaboration to ensure that veterans’ needs are being met and that problems are addressed quickly and effectively. 
Co-chaired by Michelle Espinosa, Associate Dean of Students and Valerie Verra, Veterans’ Services Administrator, the network membership includes staff members from Campus Life offices as well as Business offices.
